## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our projects meet the highest international standards of safety and efficiency, applicants must fulfill the following professional requirements:
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field. Direct background working within power generation facilities will be given strong priority.
* Language Proficiency: Active communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams coupled with strong interpersonal communication abilities.
