* Audit Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Formulate and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from internal and external quality audits.
* Data-Driven Productivity Enhancement: Generate comprehensive manufacturing reports, analyze performance metrics accurately, and implement strategies to boost output and minimize downtime.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background: Must hold a Pharmacist Professional Degree (Profesi Apoteker*) or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi).

* Study Duration: The undergraduate degree must have been completed within a maximum study period of 6 years.
* Work Arrangement: Fully prepared and willing to work in a rotating shift system.
