## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other closely related disciplines.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of professional experience.
* Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
