## Open Position: Furniture Drafter
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Furniture Drafter to translate creative concepts into precise technical documentation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the rigorous international standards synonymous with the KOI brand.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical integrity of our production pipeline, with duties including:
* Technical Documentation: Developing detailed working drawings and client-facing presentation visuals in accordance with R&D and Coordinator directives.
* Production Mapping: Creating accurate cutting patterns for various materials, including fabrics, HPL, compact board, marble, and edging.
* Data Management: Maintaining organized drawing databases and inputting critical product knowledge data into company files.
* Visual Assets: Utilizing digital editing tools to produce professional imagery and technical graphics as requested by the department head.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical proficiency and collaborative spirit:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a vocational degree (STM) or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Furniture Design.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience within the architecture or interior design sectors.
* Software Competency: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Photoshop is mandatory. Familiarity with MS Office is also required.
* Soft Skills: Strong coordination skills, an acute attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
* Communication: A functional (passive) command of English to facilitate technical documentation and reporting.
