Operating out of the Surabaya facility—which features 2,200 pallet positions, a non-Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment, and a dedicated team of 6 company employees alongside 7 contractors—you will act as a driving force for operational excellence.
Your mandate centers on maximizing warehouse productivity, upholding rigorous quality standards, ensuring absolute compliance during audits, and spearheading cost-optimization initiatives with safety as an uncompromising priority.
## Key Responsibilities and Core Duties
As a Logistics Operations Analyst, your daily contributions directly influence national fulfillment targets and supply chain fluidity. Your core responsibilities include:
* Distribution Oversight: Supervise daily domestic customer deliveries and finished goods transfers to Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply planning divisions to guarantee seamless execution of monthly sales objectives.
* Performance Analytics: Analyze warehouse operational performance regarding cost and productivity, delivering comprehensive root-cause investigations alongside corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
* Financial Stewardship: Act as co-owner of cost management and drive impactful cost-saving initiatives across transportation and warehousing operations.
* Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) protocols, regulatory frameworks, and quality standards.
* Inventory & Process Control: Manage core warehouse processes, including periodic cycle counting, slow-moving inventory management, throughput productivity, and SAP inventory movements.
