## Career Opportunity: Junior Operator
PT Jawa Satu Power is expanding its high-performing technical team and currently seeks a motivated professional for the Junior Operator position. Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the facility's high standards of productivity and safety. Your primary duties will include:
* Ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient daily operation of the gas turbine combined cycle power (CCP) station systems and equipment.
* Operating plant machinery strictly within prescribed operational guidelines and safety protocols.
* Collaborating closely with and following the direct instructions of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller.
* Interpreting technical blueprints, including non-complex electrical and mechanical drawings, logic diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this technical position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional working experience.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CCP operations, fundamental water chemistry, power generation terminology, and standard plant operating processes.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough approach to complex tasks.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in professional English, both verbal and written, enabling clear and effective communication.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness and flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule.
