1. Production Admin
The Production Admin plays a vital role in maintaining operational accuracy and streamlining communication across departments. This position is ideal for an organized individual who thrives in a data-driven environment.
* Accurately inputting daily production reports into the internal system.
* Conducting routine stock opname procedures to ensure inventory precision.
* Facilitating seamless coordination between production supervisors and cross-functional departments.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail, high self-discipline, and a decisive personality.
* Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
2. Maintenance Technician (Shift-Based)
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with ensuring the longevity and efficiency of the facility’s infrastructure. This role requires technical expertise and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Assisting the Engineering Foreman in daily facility operations.
* Executing precise welding tasks utilizing GTAW and/or SMAW techniques.
* Performing essential repairs and preventative maintenance on production machinery, utility systems, and building infrastructure.
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma (D3) graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
* Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Advanced technical knowledge of GTAW and SMAW welding processes.
* In-depth understanding of electrical circuitry and industrial machine tools.
