PT Jababeka Tbk is currently seeking a professional, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role serves as the face of our organization, ensuring that every visitor and caller receives a first-class experience that reflects our corporate standards.
Core Responsibilities
As a member of our front-office team, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless administrative operations and high-level visitor relations. Your daily tasks will include:
* Visitor Management: Welcoming guests, facilitating their entry, and addressing any immediate inquiries or needs.
* Correspondence Handling: Efficiently receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching all incoming and outgoing mail.
* Communication Hub: Managing incoming calls, ensuring they are accurately routed to the appropriate departments.
* Conflict Resolution: Handling queries and addressing complaints professionally via telephone, email, and general correspondence.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
