## 1. Mechanical Engineer (Placement: Griya Praja & Griya Nata)

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and construction for mining facilities or industrial plants.
* Proficiency in mechanical design (AutoCAD) and project management software (MS Project or Primavera P6).
* Deep understanding of mechanical design, maintenance, construction codes, and quality management systems.
* Strong command of English and willingness to travel to site.
* POP certification is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate mechanical designs for constructability and compliance with user requirements.
* Supervise mechanical works and provide technical support during the tender and pre-execution phases.
* Resolve technical challenges during project execution and commissioning.
* Ensure all activities align with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

## 2. Mine Operations Dept. Head (Placement: Jakarta/Wahau)

Qualifications:

* 10–15 years of senior-level mining experience, preferably in reputable coal companies.
* Holds valid KIT and POU certifications.
* Demonstrated success in managing budgets, schedules, and complex mining operations.
* Exceptional leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

* Manage overall coal mining operations to achieve cost-effective and safe production targets.
* Oversee contractor performance and KPI compliance.
* Implement "best practice" principles to drive operational excellence.
* Serve as the company representative for mining department officials and manage all operational reporting.

## 3. Construction Manager – Mechanical (Placement: Bengalon)

Qualifications:

* 15+ years of experience in coal processing, material handling, and piping projects.
* Expertise in FIDIC 2017, SNI, ASTM, ASME, and ANSI standards.
* Strong leadership in multi-disciplinary team environments.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities:

* Lead EPC construction projects from planning through to handover.
* Manage project budgets, S-curves, Gantt charts, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Oversee QA/QC procedures, site execution, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

## 4. Long Term Mine Planning (Placement: Jakarta)

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mine or Geological Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience in open-pit mining environments.
* Advanced skills in mine planning software (Minescape, MineX-SPY).
* Strong grasp of mining economics, geotechnical concepts, and KCMI code standards.

Responsibilities:

* Develop optimized long-term mine plans and reserve estimations.
* Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for expansion projects.
* Perform risk analysis and "What Can Go Wrong" assessments to ensure operational stability.

## 5. Geotechnical Engineer (Placement: Jakarta/Nusantara Site)

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
* 5 years of experience in mining or industrial infrastructure geotechnical issues.
* Proficient in Geo5, Slide, and AutoCAD.
* Skilled in interpreting SPT, CPT, borehole, and laboratory test data.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct geotechnical analysis for slope stability, foundation capacity, and soil-structure interaction.
* Plan and control ground investigation activities, ensuring high-quality data collection.
* Provide technical design reviews and establish mitigation strategies for potential soil or slope failures.

## 6. Document Controller – CSAG (Placement: Site Wahau)

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in construction or mining document management.
* Strong proficiency in systems like Aconex, SharePoint, or OPMS.
* Meticulous attention to detail and high organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain secure storage and retrieval systems for all project drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.
* Manage document version control and ensure all stakeholders receive updated project information.
* Generate status reports and provide administrative support to the project engineering team.
