## Site Operations & Management Roles (Kutai Timur/Bengalon)
These positions are critical to the efficiency and safety of our mining activities. Candidates must be comfortable working in remote environments and possess strong leadership capabilities.
1. Head of Blending Operations
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 7+ years of experience in coal blending, stockpile management, and heavy equipment oversight. Must possess deep knowledge of coal quality parameters (CV, ash, sulfur, HGI).
* Responsibilities: Optimize blending formulas, manage stockpile integrity, and ensure that final product quality consistently meets stringent sales contract specifications.
2. Head of HSEC
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in K3, Environmental, or Public Health with at least 8 years of experience in heavy industry. Certification in POP/POU and AK3 Umum is mandatory.
* Responsibilities: Drive a "zero-harm" culture through rigorous risk assessment, regulatory compliance (ISO 14001/45001), and proactive CSR engagement with local stakeholders.
3. Head of HRGA
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or Management with 8+ years of HR leadership experience. Deep expertise in Indonesian labor laws (PP 35/2021) and industrial relations is essential.
* Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end HR and General Affairs functions, including recruitment, payroll, site facility management, and labor dispute resolution.
4. Head of Port Operations
* Requirements: Engineering degree with 8+ years of experience in port/jetty operations. Familiarity with marine regulations and ISPS codes is required.
* Responsibilities: Coordinate all vessel loading/unloading activities, jetty maintenance, and throughput optimization while maintaining strict safety standards.
5. Head of Medical & Occupational Health
* Requirements: Medical Doctor (MD) with active STR and Hiperkes certification. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in mining or remote sectors.
* Responsibilities: Manage on-site clinic operations, emergency medical response, and occupational health surveillance programs (MCU and fitness-to-work).
6. ICT Engineer
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science. Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration, Windows Server, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Responsibilities: Maintain site IT infrastructure, ensure network security, and provide 24/7 technical support for business systems.
7. Staff HRGA
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of administrative experience. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with BPJS and labor administration.
* Responsibilities: Provide operational support for HRIS, payroll, personnel data management, and site facilities.
8. Finance Accounting Officer (Bengalon)
* Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Finance/Accounting staff member with strong proficiency in journaling and financial documentation.
* Responsibilities: Manage petty cash, verify vendor invoices, handle banking transactions, and perform financial reporting.
## Head Office Roles (Jakarta)
We are seeking specialized professionals to enhance our business process and digital transformation initiatives based at our Jakarta headquarters.
9. BPAI SAP PP QM Consultant
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in SAP-PP/QM configuration and support, ideally within the mining sector.
* Responsibilities: Design and implement SAP production planning modules, conduct user training, and provide functional support for business process improvements.
10. BPAI SAP SD Consultant
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP-SD modules. S4HANA implementation experience is highly preferred.
* Responsibilities: Configure SAP Sales and Distribution modules, document business processes, and ensure seamless integration across all SAP departments.
11. BPAI Project Officer
* Requirements: Strong knowledge of mining business processes and management systems (ISO 9001/14001). Proficiency in MS Visio and Project is required.
* Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine SOPs, manage policy updates, and support the implementation of company-wide governance frameworks.
