1. Tooling Engineer Staff
We are looking for a hands-on engineer to assist in the design and production of specialized tools.
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
* Experience: At least 1 year in manufacturing, specifically metal-based tool production.
* Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM/SolidWorks software.
* Preferred: Knowledge of metallurgy and hot forging processes.
2. Process Engineer Staff
This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency and maintaining high operational standards.
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Competencies: Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks and concepts such as Lean Manufacturing, 5R, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
3. Management System Officer
We require a quality management expert to uphold our rigorous international standards.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Quality Management Systems.
* Requirements: Experience in IATF 16949 audits and internal/external quality compliance.
