## Position Overview: Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Coordinator
As our GMP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of production safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee operational workflows and ensure that all manufacturing processes align with national and international quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
* Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines across all production floors.
* Manage compliance protocols related to the Halal Assurance System (SJH) and relevant ISO standards.
* Implement and oversee Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
* Collaborate closely with production line operators to optimize the efficiency of plastic manufacturing machinery.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance overall product output.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure a seamless transition into this vital leadership role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven work experience in the exact same role or a closely related capacity.
* Industry Background: Prior hands-on experience within the manufacturing sector is mandatory. Candidates with specific backgrounds in plastics production operations will be given strong preference.
* Leadership Capability: Highly preferred for individuals who have previously served as a Coordinator or Team Leader specializing in Manufacturing or Production Operations.
