Professional Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a Site or Project Manager capacity, with verified experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret complex engineering and technical drawings with precision.
* Language Skills: Excellent fluency in both spoken and written English.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities and an aptitude for managing diverse project teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Execution: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from initial planning through to final completion.
* Financial & Schedule Oversight: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and comprehensive schedules to ensure adherence to strict timelines.
* Documentation Management: Oversee all technical documentation, progress reporting, handover certificates, and project close-out requirements.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, internal staff, and external suppliers.
* Quality & Safety: Maintain rigorous standards regarding safety, performance, and operational quality throughout the project duration.
