## Open Position: Production Administrator
We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Production Administrator to oversee the documentation and logistical flow of our manufacturing processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our production efficiency remains at peak levels through accurate data management and proactive monitoring.
Core Responsibilities
* Production Documentation: Manage all administrative tasks related to production cycles, including the verification of incoming raw materials and outgoing shipping documentation.
* Data Integrity: Perform precise data entry and maintain organized filing systems for all production-related records.
* Reporting: Prepare and analyze routine weekly and monthly production reports to assist management in tracking performance KPIs.
* Operations Support: Assist in monitoring urgent order statuses and actively participate in physical stock opname activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender & Age: Female, aged between 19 and 26 years.
2. Education: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
3. Experience: At least 2 years of proven professional experience in a production administration capacity.
4. Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy with a mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically demonstrating strong Excel skills for data management.
