## General Qualifications and Criteria
To maintain operational excellence across all mining sites, candidates must meet the following general requirements:
* Age Limit: Maximum 45 years of age at the time of application.
* Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar position within the coal mining industry.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Mandatory Professional Certifications:
Must hold a valid POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya* / Middle Operational Supervisor) certification for positions 1 through 4.
Must hold a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama* / First-Line Operational Supervisor) certification for positions 5 through 10.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and sound managerial talent.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a valid booster vaccination certificate.
* Location Readiness: Fully willing to be assigned to the operational site in West Kutai, East Kalimantan.
* Selection Process: Willingness to undergo all mandatory selection procedures, including document verification, panel interviews, and a comprehensive Medical Check-Up (MCU).
