## Current Career Opportunities
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill several key roles within our rapidly expanding operations. Please review the qualifications below to determine the best fit for your professional background.
1. Process Engineer
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
* Requirements: Proficiency in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Must be fluent in English.
2. PPIC Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Prior experience in production planning and inventory control is preferred, though fresh graduates with Mandarin fluency are encouraged to apply.
* Requirements: Solid understanding of production processes and effective communication skills in English.
3. Purchasing Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing procurement.
* Requirements: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF). Must have a strong grasp of production materials and professional English proficiency.
4. Quality Management System (QMS) Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in QMS.
* Requirements: Expert knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards. Strong computer literacy and English communication skills are essential.
5. Lean Manufacture Engineer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Process Engineer within a manufacturing setting.
* Requirements: Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and professional English fluency.
6. Mandarin Translator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Previous experience as a translator is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Requirements: HSK 5 certification or higher is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
7. Warehouse Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management.
* Requirements: Valid SIO Forklift certification, technical proficiency in operating forklifts, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
8. HR Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience; internship experience is acceptable for fresh graduates.
* Requirements: Strong grasp of Indonesian labor laws, recruitment, and employee relations. Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English. This position is based in Cikarang.
