We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles to support our operational excellence and retail expansion.
1. Retail Trainer
We are looking for an experienced instructor to elevate our retail team's capabilities through structured development programs.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Experience: 1–2 years as a Trainer or Instructor, preferably in automotive retail, electric bikes, or consumer electronics.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining training modules covering sales, product knowledge, service, and SOPs.
* Conducting both classroom and field-based training sessions.
* Managing pre-test, post-test, and feedback evaluations.
* Performing post-training analysis to drive continuous improvement.
* Handling training administration and reporting.
2. General Affair (GA) Specialist
The General Affair team acts as the backbone of our operational efficiency. We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational skills to manage our administrative and regulatory requirements.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Accounting, Management, Taxation, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in General Affair operations.
* Key Requirements:
* Deep understanding of company administration and support operations.
* Expertise in managing vehicle registration processes, specifically for electric bikes and motorcycles (STNK processing).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication and coordination skills for liaising with external government agencies.
* Possession of a valid SIM A/C is considered a strong advantage.
3. Supervisor of Retail Performance & Operations
We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our retail operations, optimize store efficiency, and ensure our business objectives are met.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Retail Operations, Area Supervision, or Store Development.
* Core Competencies:
* Strong leadership, public speaking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proven track record in managing teams, schedules, and operational budgets.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and cross-departmental coordination.
* Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
* Prior experience in the electric bike or automotive retail industry is highly preferred.
