## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator specializing in wiring harnesses, you will play an essential role in maintaining our high standards of manufacturing excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Executing production processes strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), quality benchmarks, and safety guidelines.
* Maintaining superior product quality to meet rigorous company standards.
* Consistently achieving daily and weekly production targets set by management.
* Upholding cleanliness, organization, and safety in your designated work area through standard housekeeping practices.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Female candidates aged between 18 and 25 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: Prior experience with housing and crimping processes is an advantage, though fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Aptitude: A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-moving work environment.
* Health & Physical Fitness: Must not be color-blind, capable of operating standard measuring tools, and possess the physical stamina required for production floor duties.
* Location: Residing in East Cikarang and surrounding areas.
* Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, accountable, and driven to meet production targets.
