1. Engineering Department
* Roles: Mine Plan Section Head, Survey Section Head, Production Control & Dispatch Section Head, Mine Plan Group Leader, and Survey Group Leader.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geology, or Geodetic Engineering. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience for Section Head roles or 2 years for Group Leader positions. Essential certifications include POP, with JUT certification required for specific roles. Proficiency in technical software and data analysis is mandatory.
2. Plant Department
* Roles: Site Technical Development Group Leader and Plant Instructure Track Group Leader.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. Applicants must hold POP certification; TOT and Assessor certifications are required for the Instructor role.
3. Operation Department
* Role: External Relation Section Head.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Sociology, HR Management, or Law. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and a proven track record in managing and resolving external stakeholder issues.
4. SHE Department
* Role: SHE Section Head.
