Available Positions
We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
1. Management Trainee (MT)
* Specializations: Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, and Utility.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with up to two years of manufacturing experience.
* Key Traits: High aptitude for learning, strong problem-solving skills, leadership potential, and active organizational involvement.
2. Operator Maintenance
* Qualifications: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with two years of manufacturing experience, specifically in maintenance roles.
* Key Traits: Proven technical maintenance background, analytical mindset, and leadership capabilities.
3. Operator Production
* Qualifications: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with two years of industry-related experience.
* Key Traits: Effective problem solver with strong organizational background and leadership qualities.
4. Supervisor Maintenance
* Qualifications: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of five years in a supervisory maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
* Core Competencies: Expert knowledge of Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance, familiarity with textile production machinery, and advanced analytical problem-solving skills.
5. Supervisor General Affairs (GA)
* Qualifications: Degree in Law or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: Minimum of five years as a supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
* Key Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of corporate licensing (OSS, Proper, and permits), strong Industrial Relations expertise, and leadership acumen.
* Preferred: Certification in ISO 9001:2015 and AK3U (Occupational Health and Safety).
