## 1. Business Development / Sales Manager
As our Business Development / Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador for Esin Group in Indonesia. This high-impact position involves advising international clients, accelerating commercial growth, and working in tandem with both domestic and overseas teams. We are looking for an exceptional communicator with deep insights into Indonesian business regulations and a passion for strategic networking.
Core Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Lead virtual and face-to-face consultations, manage inquiries, oversee proposals and contracts, and coordinate secure payment processing.
* Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring client relationships by delivering proactive, effective, and end-to-end support throughout their operational journey in Indonesia.
* Advisory Expertise: Guide foreign investors through PT PMA (foreign-owned company) establishment, business visa options, office leasing, and ongoing compliance requirements.
* Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with our accounting division to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain continuous communication with headquarters in Singapore and China for strategic alignment.
* Strategic Partnerships: Build robust networks with local vendors, regulatory stakeholders, and strategic partners to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Revenue Generation: Identify untapped commercial opportunities targeting high-net-worth individuals, international corporations, and family offices.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
* Mandatory fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to serve our Chinese-speaking clientele effectively.
* Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) for cross-border stakeholder communication.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles within the corporate services, immigration, or consultancy sectors.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian corporate laws, PT PMA setup procedures, and commercial leasing standards.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a proactive, results-oriented, and independent work ethic.

Our Accounting and Tax Manager will take charge of all financial governance, accounting oversight, and tax compliance frameworks for our corporate clients—primarily PT PMA entities—as well as our internal group companies. * Tax and Accounting Oversight: Manage monthly bookkeeping, investor reporting, tax filings, and full regulatory compliance for PT PMA clients.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in auditing, tax compliance, or corporate accounting, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
* Deep familiarity with Indonesian tax legislation, financial reporting frameworks, and foreign investment regulations.
* Full professional fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage when supporting our global clientele.
