## 1. Tender Administration Specialist
As a Tender Administration Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in securing new business opportunities. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage complex bidding processes efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
* Document Management: Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive tender documents in strict compliance with specific project requirements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to gather necessary technical and commercial data for complete bid submissions.
* Deadline Enforcement: Ensure all bidding packages are thoroughly reviewed and submitted accurately and punctually according to established protocols.
* Tracking & Reporting: Monitor ongoing bids, execute timely follow-ups, maintain an updated tender database, and support management in bid evaluations and report generation.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in tender administration, preferably within the fabrication, construction, or oil and gas sectors.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of standard bidding procedures, tender portfolios, and contractual frameworks.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive under tight project deadlines.
* Communication & Tech Literacy: Excellent interpersonal skills paired with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Work Location: Willingness to be based in Jakarta.
## 2. Management Representative (MR)
The Management Representative plays a critical role in championing corporate governance, operational excellence, and adherence to international quality and safety benchmarks across all operational fronts.
Core Responsibilities
* System Implementation: Oversee the successful deployment, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company's integrated management systems.
* ISO Compliance: Direct the rigorous application of international standards, specifically ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
* Audit Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and external certification bodies or auditors during surveillance and recertification audits.
* Documentation & Corrective Action: Author, control, and evaluate management documentation while leading internal audits and managing effective corrective action plans (CAPAs).
* Continuous Improvement: Spearhead initiatives that foster operational efficiency and ensure total corporate compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience functioning as a Management Representative, QHSE Specialist, or ISO Systems Coordinator.
* Technical Mastery: In-depth working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and audit methodologies.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership qualities, sharp analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and outstanding documentation abilities.
* Industry Preference: Prior background within heavy fabrication, construction, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), or large-scale manufacturing environments will be viewed as a significant advantage.
