Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry or Agriculture.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00 to 4.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 25 years old at the time of application.
* Status: Must not be enrolled in any ongoing academic or study programs.
* Mobility: Willing to be stationed at our operational sites in West Kalimantan.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership potential through campus or community involvement, coupled with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

1. Bintalfisdis: Intensive training focused on physical, mental, and disciplinary conditioning.
2. In-Class Training: A foundational module covering essential theoretical knowledge.
3. On-the-Job Training: Practical, real-world application in the field.
4. Graduation: Official placement and commencement of your professional career within the company.
