## Program Eligibility and Requirements
To ensure we maintain our high standards of excellence, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Academic Status: Fresh graduates who completed their studies in 2025 or 2026.
* Educational Background: Diploma holders (D3/D4) in the specified engineering disciplines.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Commitment: Must be willing to be stationed in Batam, Indonesia, for a minimum commitment period of two years.
* Employment Status: Candidates must not be currently employed elsewhere and should not be enrolled in or awaiting admission to a master’s degree program.

* D4 Programs: Ship Design and Construction, Ship Machinery, Ship Electrical, Shipbuilding, Welding, Piping, Design and Manufacture, Instrumentation, Waste Treatment, and Occupational Safety and Health Engineering.
* D3 Programs: Shipbuilding, Ship Electrical, Ship Design and Construction, and Ship Machinery Engineering.
## Essential Application Guidelines
Shortlisted candidates will be invited via email to attend an onsite written test and interview session. Please prepare the following in a single brown envelope:
1. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
2. Academic transcripts and educational certificates (if available).
3. Photocopy of National Identity Card (KTP).
4. Achievement certificates (optional).
5. One 3x4 photograph with a blue background.
6. Stationery (specifically a blue pen).
