Shipyard Operations (Batam, Riau Islands)
* Operator Gantry Crane
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gantry Crane Operator in a shipyard.
* Possess a valid certification and SIO.
* Proficient in lifting, moving, launching, delivery, docking, and undocking processes.
* Commitment to maintaining workplace safety (5K standards).
* Helper Gantry Crane
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gantry Crane Helper in a shipyard.
* Possess a valid certification and SIO.
* Familiar with shipyard logistics, including lifting, launching, and docking.
* Strict adherence to safety protocols.
* Operator Crane
* Experience as a Head Crane operator.
* Proven ability in material handling for machine units.
* Possess a valid certification and SIO.
* QC Hull & Outfitting
* Diploma (D3) in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture/Marine Systems.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in shipyard QC Hull & Outfitting.
* Proficiency in welding inspection and possession of NDT, WI, and WE certifications.
* Capable of managing weekly progress reports.
* QC Piping & Mechanic
* Diploma (D3) in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture/Marine Systems.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in shipyard piping and mechanical QC.
* Skilled in weld inspections and NDT/WI/WE certified.
* SPV Hull & Outfitting
* Diploma (D3) in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture/Marine Systems.
* Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in shipyard hull and outfitting.
* Strong coordination skills for project teams, Class, and subcontractors.
* Ability to create work schedules and manage PICA/progress reporting.
Engineering and Operational Support
* Technical Support (Jakarta)
* Diploma (D3) in Naval Architecture/Marine Systems.
* Responsible for warranty claim management.
* Capable of performing on-board inspections and damage analysis.
* Safety Officer (Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan)
* Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience with an active AK3 Umum certificate.
* Expertise in JSA, PICA, safety patrols, and employee induction.
* Warehouseman (Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan)
* SMA/SMK/D3 graduate.
* Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience; proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required.
* Must hold a valid SIO for Forklift, Crane, or Truck.
