## General Requirements for Applicants
To thrive at PT. DEM, candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency and a passion for engineering excellence. We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, though 1–2 years of experience in automotive manufacturing is a distinct advantage.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is mandatory.
* Analytical Skills: Candidates must possess a strong technical, mathematical, and analytical mindset.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Electronic Software (such as Eagle, Proteus, Altium, or LTspice) and a strong foundation in Embedded Systems are required.
* Project Experience: Familiarity with electronic project lifecycles, including PCB design, component analysis, and circuit simulation, is highly preferred.
