## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Registration Staff member, you will serve as a critical bridge between our manufacturing processes and official regulatory bodies. Your primary goal is to ensure that all our products comply with national standards, allowing for seamless market distribution.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Documentation Preparation: Compiling and organizing all necessary registration files for new product launches, renewals, and product variations.
* Regulatory Liaison: Managing the submission of registration documents to BPOM in strict accordance with current national regulations.
* Administrative Compliance: Maintaining a systematic and highly organized archive of all registered product documentation to ensure transparency and easy retrieval for audits.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive professional who understands the nuances of the cosmetic regulatory landscape. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Industry Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a registration role within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Proven familiarity with the BPOM registration process and standard operating procedures.
