## Job Role: Staff Store (Warehouse)
As a Staff Store professional, you will play a critical operational role in maintaining seamless inventory flow, optimizing warehouse efficiency, and ensuring that material management aligns with the company's high standards of productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming material transactions by receiving, inspecting, and processing shipments accurately.
* Handle outgoing material transactions efficiently to support production and distribution schedules.
* Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary delivery notes and shipping documentation.
* Collaborate with the logistics team to execute weekly and monthly stock opname (inventory counting) activities.
* Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents in a secure, structured, and easily retrievable manner.
Candidate Requirements
To ensure success in this warehouse operations role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a closely related discipline.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience in a comparable warehouse or storekeeping position.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of SAP systems and Microsoft Excel for data tracking and inventory reporting.
* Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory methodologies and rigorous document control processes.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and effective organizational traits.
* Language Skills: The ability to communicate effectively in English is strongly preferred.
