## Position Overview: General Affairs Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our administrative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations within our corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day General Affairs (GA) administrative tasks efficiently.
* Maintain, update, and organize GA data and corporate documentation.
* Monitor and manage office stationery supplies and inventory.
* Oversee courier dispatches and incoming package deliveries.
* Greet, welcome, and provide professional assistance to corporate guests.
* Fulfill front-desk receptionist duties as required.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in General Affairs or as a Receptionist (enthusiastic fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
* Prior experience or a genuine passion for hospitality, reception, and guest services.
