Required Educational Background
To be eligible for this program, candidates must hold a degree in one of the following disciplines:
* Mechanical Engineering: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Industrial Engineering: Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Mining Engineering: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
General Qualifications for Candidates
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for our development program:
* Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Requirements: A minimum height of 160 cm.
* Health Status: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Marital Status: Applicants must be currently unmarried.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at our remote job sites in Central or East Kalimantan.
