## Role Overview: Production Operator
We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to oversee essential manufacturing tasks, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This role is critical to our operational efficiency and provides hands-on experience in a specialized manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Filling and Packaging: Execute the end-to-end process of filling and packaging finished products.
* Operational Readiness: Prepare essential equipment, including pumps, storage tanks, and labeling systems, to ensure a smooth production flow.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct accurate counts of filled items while verifying that the quality and quantity align with official Finished Goods (FG) standards.
* Safety Compliance: Uphold stringent safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment for all personnel.
## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with a focus on Science (IPA) or Technical fields.
