## Job Overview: General Affair Staff

Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Oversee general affair duties with a balanced focus of 40% field operations and 60% administrative tasks.
* Facility and Asset Oversight: Routinely monitor office and field cleanliness, ensuring all company assets remain in optimal, ready-to-use condition.
* Inventory Control: Manage stock levels for office supplies, uniforms, and essential daily operational items to prevent shortages.
* Administrative and Vendor Relations: Supervise contract renewals, monitor ongoing work agreements, and handle incoming vendor invoices efficiently.
Candidate Qualifications
