## Open Position: Production Operator
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our production floor as Production Operators. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality components to our global clients.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant technical fields.
* Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience in the manufacturing sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Must possess the ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with precision measuring instruments—such as vernier calipers and micrometers—is highly advantageous.
* Mindset: A strong understanding of or interest in Kaizen (continuous improvement) methodologies to optimize production efficiency and quality.
* Soft Skills: Proven integrity, high attention to detail, self-discipline, and a proactive attitude. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an organized manner.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work under a rotating shift system.
Core Responsibilities
