## Role Overview: Quality Control Operator
As a Quality Control Operator, your primary objective is to maintain product excellence through systematic inspection and rigorous adherence to technical specifications. You will play a critical role in our manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring that every battery leaving our facility meets our stringent quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* Standard Compliance: Perform comprehensive quality assessments in strict accordance with established manufacturing standards and product specifications.
* Precision Measurement: Utilize calibrated measurement instruments to verify product dimensions, functionality, and performance parameters.
* In-Process Inspection: Conduct thorough checks throughout every stage of the production cycle to detect deviations early.
* Defect Management: Identify, document, and isolate non-conforming products to prevent them from entering the supply chain.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of all inspection results and performance metrics.
* Reporting: Compile and submit periodic quality reports to management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for motivated professionals who possess the technical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail necessary for this position. To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A vocational high school (SMK) diploma in Chemical Analysis or Engineering.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3. QC Expertise: Proven experience working in a Quality Control (QC) role is mandatory.
4. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience working within a mold workshop environment.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform and interpret chemical analyses as required by our manufacturing processes.
