Candidate Requirements
We are seeking motivated individuals who possess both technical proficiency and a collaborative mindset. To be eligible for the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Fisheries, Engineering, Science, or Social Studies.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of two years of professional experience post-graduation.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrable excellence in communication, teamwork, resilience, and personal initiative.
* Leadership: Proven organizational experience is considered a significant advantage.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of the CP Prima business locations across the country.
