## About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator at PT. Catur Aman Sentosa, you play a critical part in our daily manufacturing and operational workflows. Your primary responsibility revolves around managing production machinery, performing essential maintenance, and ensuring that every stage of processing runs seamlessly. Above all, you will safeguard our high standards of product quality, ensuring everything we handle meets rigorous corporate benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating production machinery with a high degree of safety and efficiency.
* Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
* Monitoring processing cycles to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
* Inspecting finished outputs to maintain strict compliance with company quality standards.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are searching for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and possesses the technical aptitude to support our growing operations.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Prior experience working as a machine operator is strongly preferred, particularly candidates with a background in the food and beverage sector or warehousing environments.
* Technical Readiness: Capable of operating production machinery or demonstrating a strong readiness to undergo professional training.
* Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, disciplined, and capable of fostering strong teamwork.
* Work Arrangement: Willing and able to work in a rotating shift schedule system.
* Work Location: Sawangan, Depok, West Java.
