Position: Warehouse Foreman
We are looking for a dedicated leader to manage our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end process of receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
* Maintain strict stock control, including performing regular stock opname procedures.
* Implement and enforce warehouse best practices, specifically FIFO/FEFO inventory management.
* Ensure adherence to 5S methodologies and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to optimize operational workflows.
Candidate Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing, with a preference for candidates from the manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory; experience with ERP or WMS systems is highly advantageous.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, effective communication, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
* Personal Attributes: High level of precision, discipline, and reliability. Candidates must be willing to work in a shift-based system.
