## Role Overview: HSE Staff at PT Bina Megah Indowood
As a crucial member of our Health, Safety, and Environment division, you will serve as a frontline guardian of workplace wellbeing. Your primary objective will be to cultivate a culture of prevention, ensuring that every operational process aligns with rigorous safety protocols and environmental laws.
Key Responsibilities
* Policy Execution: Successfully implement comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) frameworks alongside corporate environmental protection policies.
* Safety Audits: Conduct proactive, routine facility inspections to identify potential hazards and guarantee a secure operating ecosystem.
* Incident Management: Swiftly assess workplace risks, manage unexpected safety breaches, and draft detailed accident reports with corrective action plans.
* Training and Empowerment: Educate personnel on vital safety practices, proper emergency response, and the correct utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to current national and industry-specific HSE legislation.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Educational Background and Certifications
* Minimum qualification of a Diploma Degree (D3) in a relevant discipline.
