1. Customer Service / Teller

* General Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major; preference for Communication, Economics, Islamic Banking, Accounting, Management, or Secretarial studies.
* Minimum BAN-PT accreditation "B" with a GPA of at least 2.75 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Minimum of one year of experience as a Teller or Customer Service representative in the banking sector is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel at an intermediate level, and PowerPoint).
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
