## Job Overview: Disassembly Operator
We are currently recruiting a detail-oriented Disassembly Operator to strengthen our operational capabilities at our facility in Batam. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the hardware handling and repair workflow, ensuring that every device is managed according to the highest industry standards.

* PCB Handling: Safely manage, inspect, and process Printed Circuit Boards with meticulous attention to detail to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage.
* Electronic Parts Management: Accurately identify, sort, and handle a wide variety of internal electronic components during the disassembly phase.
* Soldering Processes: Apply proper soldering and desoldering techniques as required by standard operational procedures.
* Administrative Reporting: Utilize software tools to document repair stages, inventory tracking, and operational metrics.
