## About the ASTRA Infra Management Trainee 2024
The Management Trainee program is a career acceleration track specifically designed to cultivate the next generation of leadership within ASTRA Infra. Participants will gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across the organization’s primary sectors, including toll road networks and port operations.
This immersive program challenges trainees to demonstrate leadership and technical proficiency across three critical domains:
1. Operational Excellence: Engagement in toll road development, port management, large-scale construction projects, and organizational digitalization.
2. Financial Strategy: Management of corporate financial planning and capital allocation.
3. Accounting Operations: Ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance within the infrastructure sector.
## Eligibility Criteria
ASTRA Infra is looking for highly motivated candidates who meet the following professional and academic requirements:
* Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Civil Engineering, Road and Bridge Engineering, Accounting, or Financial Management.
* Experience Level: Candidates with up to two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply, and fresh graduates are welcome to submit their applications.
* Mobility: Must demonstrate a willingness to be stationed at any of ASTRA Infra’s operational sites, including the Trans-Java Toll Road network or the Balikpapan Port facilities.
