## Role Overview: Production Operator

Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless manufacturing operations by adhering to the following guidelines:
* Operational Execution: Conduct production tasks at your assigned station strictly following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet manufacturing targets.
* Technical Compliance: Utilize specialized tools and equipment in accordance with technical specifications, including the management of cutting tools and attachments based on predefined lifespans.
* Quality Assurance: Perform incoming part inspections and consistent visual or dimensional checks on finished products to ensure they meet stringent Honda quality benchmarks.
* Proactive Reporting: Immediately escalate any irregularities discovered regarding components, machinery, or production processes to your supervisor to prevent potential downtime.
## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates from technical disciplines.
* Senior High School (SMA) graduates from the Science (MIPA/IPA) stream.
