## Position Overview: Production Operator (Lathe)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to handle lathe operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high production standards and ensuring the timely delivery of precision-crafted components.
Core Responsibilities and Duties
* Execute accurate lathe machining processes based strictly on provided Work Orders (WO) and technical drawings.
* Conduct rigorous quality inspections on all finished turned components to ensure they meet exact specifications.
* Perform daily routine checkups and preventative maintenance on machinery.
* Ensure the proper upkeep, cleanliness, and care of all processing equipment and tools.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male, with a maximum age of 25 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* Technical Knowledge: Highly familiar with Fanuc and Mazak machine control systems, as well as Job Order workflows.
* Tooling Expertise: Strong understanding of lathe machine inserts and cutting tools.
* Blueprint Reading: Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings.
* Measurement Skills: Competent in selecting and using various precision measuring instruments.
* Preferred Skills: Candidates with the ability to create cycle programs and utilize CAM software (such as Mastercam) will be given strong priority.
* Soft Skills: Highly motivated, possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, and performs exceptionally well under pressure.
* Health Requirement: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
* Work Location: Cikarang, West Java.
