1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage documentation and facilitate seamless communication within our production division.
* Oversee the collection, organization, and secure storage of all production-related documentation.
* Provide comprehensive support for internal and external audit compliance.
* Manage document lifecycles, including the systematic disposal of outdated or irrelevant files.
* Facilitate bilingual communication through translation between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Minimum JLPT N3 certification.
* Proven experience in document control and administrative procedures.
* Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
Our Quality department is expanding, and we are looking for meticulous individuals to ensure our products meet the highest international standards.
* Execute precise dimensional inspections using specialized measurement tools.
* Perform consistent in-process and final product verifications to ensure strict adherence to customer specifications.
* Analyze measurement data to drive continuous improvement and monitor quality trends.
* Identify quality discrepancies (NG verification) and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement effective corrective actions.
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality-related role within a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in operating precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and height gauges.
