## Job Overview: Warehouse Admin
As a Warehouse Admin at PT Anvita Pharma Indonesia, you will play a vital role in maintaining the seamless flow of our supply chain operations. Your daily efforts will directly support our mission to deliver safe, high-quality pharmaceutical ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Input, monitor, and update incoming and outgoing stock data with absolute precision.
* Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and manage comprehensive warehouse reports while ensuring absolute completeness of shipping and logistics documents.
* Compliance Standards: Strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), quality assurance, and overall warehouse regulatory procedures.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate operational workflows smoothly with related departments to prevent bottlenecks.
* Stock Audits: Regularly monitor stock availability and execute accurate stock opnames or cycle counts.
* System Operations: Leverage advanced warehouse management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced position, candidates must meet specific educational benchmarks and possess specialized industry knowledge.
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of one year of hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical sector, backed by a robust understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains and warehousing.
* Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrate practical skills in material handling workflows—encompassing receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping—strictly aligned with GMP/CPOB corridors regulated by the Ministry of Health and BPOM.
* Technical Competency: Familiarity with standard pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, industry processes, and meticulous documentation practices.
* Software & Language Skills: Show strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications alongside excellent English communication skills.
