As a Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in:

## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong drive for results, unwavering integrity, and the ability to inspire teams. To qualify for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry as a Sales Coordinator/Supervisor, OR at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Core Competencies: A results-oriented mindset and proven leadership qualities.
* Licensing: Possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A).
