## Available Positions
1. Branch Manager
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee branch operations and ensure the success of our students. The ideal candidate will drive our mission forward through effective management and target-oriented strategies.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Strong leadership capabilities and proven managerial experience.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting organizational targets.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Full-time availability and willingness to be based in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
2. Operational Staff (Office Boy)
Our operational staff members are the backbone of our branches, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment for our students and faculty.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* High levels of diligence, discipline, and personal responsibility.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Solid communication skills.
* Full-time availability and willingness to be based in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
Requirement:* Must be willing to reside in the provided staff housing (mess).
3. Part-Time Physical Training Coach (Coach Jasmani)
We are looking for a dedicated coach to lead our physical training programs. You will be responsible for guiding students through the rigorous fitness requirements necessary for AKPOL, AKMIL, and official government service academy selections.
* Supervising and instructing students in physical training modules.
* Developing structured exercise plans and tracking fitness milestones.
* Monitoring individual student progress and reporting performance metrics regularly.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physical Education (PJKR) or a related field.
* Prior experience in coaching military or police academy candidates is highly preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of the physical selection standards for AKPOL/AKMIL and service academies.
* Maximum age of 30 years.
* Energetic, disciplined, and communicative personality.
* Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 08:00 WIB and 16:00 – 18:00 WIB.
* Saturday: Tentative (based on organizational needs).
