## Role Overview: Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a vital member of our Human Resources team, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent to meet our ambitious corporate objectives. You will balance multiple hiring pipelines while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
## Core Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be expected to execute several critical talent acquisition functions efficiently:
* End-to-End Recruitment Management: Own the entire hiring journey from initial candidate sourcing through the final onboarding stage.
* Multi-Vacancy Handling: Successfully manage multiple active job openings simultaneously, adhering strictly to company timelines and hiring targets.
* Sourcing & Screening: Utilize diverse recruitment channels and platforms to identify, attract, and filter high-potential applicants.

* Pipeline Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers, organize candidate databases, and generate insightful hiring reports.
* High-Volume Hiring Support: Provide operational agility during mass recruitment campaigns and large-scale talent acquisition drives.

## Professional Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a driven, proactive individual who meets the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field.
* Industry Experience: Bring at least 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience working in recruitment or talent acquisition.
* Lifecycle Expertise: Demonstrate a strong background in independently executing end-to-end recruitment strategies.
* Multitasking Ability: Exhibit a proven track record of successfully managing numerous vacancies at the same time.
* Interview & Assessment Skills: Possess the confidence and expertise to perform independent applicant screening and HR interviews.
