## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the selection of the most dedicated and capable future leaders, applicants must meet the following rigorous criteria:
* Male applicants with a maximum age of 25 years old.
* Educational background holding at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
* Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25.
* Complete willingness to be placed anywhere across Indonesia based on company operational needs.
* Readiness to reside in company-provided housing (mess) throughout the duration of the training period.
* Commitment to fulfill a mandatory 2-year service agreement (ikatan dinas) upon program acceptance.
* Physically and mentally healthy, possessing normal vision (non-colorblind).
