## General Requirements
All applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI) in good physical and mental health.
* Must be free from narcotics and have no prior criminal record.
* Must be an active taxpayer with a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
* Must possess a Bank DKI account.
* Must hold an NIB (Business Identification Number) under KBLI code 70209 (Management Consulting Activities).
* Must have an active SIKAP account.
* Commitment to full-time employment and no existing contracts as a "Tenaga Ahli" (Expert Staff) with other government agencies.

## Specific Qualifications
Candidates are expected to demonstrate relevant expertise for their chosen roles:
Managerial & Strategy
* Creative Manager/Head: Bachelor’s degree, max 48 years old, 3+ years of experience. Must possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, English proficiency, and expertise in financial management and stakeholder relations.
* Assistant Creative Manager: Bachelor’s degree, max 35 years old, 2+ years of experience. Must demonstrate operational excellence and proficiency in project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
Technical & Creative Support
* IT & Asset Development Staff: Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS, max 35 years old, 1+ year of experience. Must have knowledge of networking (CCNA or equivalent), web development, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Social Media Specialist: Diploma (D3), max 35 years old, 1+ year of experience. Expert in copywriting, platform analytics (Meta/TikTok), and trend analysis.
* Multimedia & Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s degree, max 40 years old, 1+ year of experience. Highly skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
* Event Activation Specialist: Diploma (D3), max 35 years old, 1+ year of experience. Proficient in event planning, vendor negotiation, and crisis management.
* General Administration: Diploma (D3), max 35 years old, 1+ year of experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and systematic office administration.
