Who We Are Looking For
We invite passionate, driven, and ambitious graduates to join our ranks. Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) from a reputable institution in one of the following fields:
* Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Industrial Engineering
* Geodesy & Geomatics Engineering
* Naval Architecture
* Marine Electrical Engineering Technology
* Port and Shipping Management (KALK)
* Marine Transportation Engineering
* Accounting or Management
* Academic & Personal Standards:
* Maximum age of 26 years old and currently single.
* Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Limited work experience (maximum of 1 year).
* Strong proficiency in both English and Indonesian.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of active participation in extracurricular activities.
* Flexibility and willingness to be assigned to any TAKA Group operational site.
